Press-Q is an epinephrine auto-injector designed to set a new standard for user experience in allergy treatment. Created with a focus on usability, discretion, and emergency readiness, Press-Q aims to be the most intuitive and compact solution available for individuals managing severe allergic reactions. A2Z DESIGN was tasked with designing a device that prioritized functionality and ease of use, while overcoming significant engineering challenges. The goal was to integrate all necessary components into the smallest possible form factor that could comfortably fit in a user’s pocket. Balancing manufacturing constraints, materials, and cost, we developed a sleek, high-performance device that meets both medical and usability needs.
